Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order please confirm this to us within 7 days. All uniquely created and personalised items cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery
We will contact you if your order cannot be delivered within 28 days to give you the option of cancelling. A full refund will be provided if payment has already been made. The only exception to this is our Sheffield silver plated cutlery. These sets are generally made to order and take around 4-7 weeks to be manufactured. Our UK courier is Interlink Express and we offer a standard overnight service. Standard delivery charges are for international shipments are not listed. Please call or email us for an individual shipping quotation. Please note that all customers from outside the UK are responsible for all duties, sales taxes and other local charges.
Returns & Replacements
We at W.Wright Silverware want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are disappointed with the quality of the product please notify us within 7 working days and we will either provide an exchange or a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the purchaser's credit card.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through W.Wright. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Items that are returned should be new, undamaged and unused. Returns that are not in this condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Please send all items you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Failure to ship items in the original packaging may result in a return being refused.
